The Salvation Army of Fayetteville, NC helps those less fortunate in our community everyday! From our homeless shelter and feeding program to our social service office and Family Store...we are here for our community.

YEAR ROUND VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNTIES

       The Salvation Army has many opportunities for volunteers who would like to get involved helping others right here in our community.  Here is a list of current volunteer opportunities:

• Serving Food in The Salvation Army Homeless Shelter - opportunities are available :        

  Monday	4:30 - 6pm
  Tuesday	4:30 - 6pm
  Wednesday	4:30 - 6pm
  Thursday	4:30 - 6pm
  Friday	4:30 - 6pm
  Saturday	11:30am - 1pm 4:30 - 6pm
  Sunday	11:30am - 1pm 4:30 - 6pm

           Volunteers must be 12 or older (under 16 must have a parent present). 

           Groups are welcome. 

           To volunteer, please call 485-8026 (best time to call is between 8am-11am)

           and ask for the kitchen.  Have a few dates in mind when you call!

• Help sort clothes/items in our Salvation Army Family Store - opportunities are available:

           Volunteers must be 12 or older (under 16 must have a parent present).

           To volunteer, please go to our Corps Office/Community Center and fill out

           a volunteer application.  Someone will call you to confirm your dates to

           volunteer.

• Need a GROUP PROJECT?  We have tons of things that we could use groups to help with!  Has your group got 1/2 a day to spare?  How about a whole day?  We can find a project that needs done including painting, cleaning, landscaping, and much more!  Call Jackie Godbold at 910-644-5261 to find out the possibilities today!
